- Answer customer questions and provide support
- Resolve issues politely and efficiently
- Communicate clearly with customers over the phone
- Ensure customers feel valued and satisfied
- Work with the team to deliver great service
Qualifications

- Fresh graduates or college dropouts can apply
- Good communication & customer service skills
- Fluent English (B2–C1)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong listening & problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Ability to work night / overnight shifts
