Job Description

READING/WRITING 

  • Strong Written/Verbal communication skills 

  • Good command in German and English

  • Ability to articulate sometimes complex ideas and solutions confidently  

  • Impeccable attention to detail 

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years customer service experience 

  • Experience providing multi-channel support preferred (phone, chat, email, web etc.) 

  • Customer success and lifecycle management preferred 

  • Subscription-based product support preferred

  • Hungry for empowerment, taking ownership and being accountable to customers 

  • Strong empathy and ability to take the initiative for the customer
