Job Description

 

  • Build long-term relationships with clients. Investigate and determine client needs, introduce strategy, plan ahead and keep them in the loop regarding to the latest developments.

  • Maintaining a strong relationship with a client means addressing their issues, concerns, or questions in a thoughtful, timely manner. This displays dedication, commitment, compassion and goes a long way in maintaining client loyalty.

  • Act as point of contact for clients for online product sales opportunities.

  • Attend sales meetings, prepare and hold presentations, provide professional support for sales colleagues;

  • Create and track quotations, product-side support for closing sales processes; 

  • Arrange contracts;

  • Facilitate and manage the definition and delivery of the vision and goals of the project

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales, preferably in connection with digital products.

  • Communication skills – communicating thoughtfully, accurately, and efficiently is necessary for establishing relationships; corresponding in person, over the phone, or through email; preparing presentations and comprehensive reports

  • Presentation skills – part of the online sales manager’s job is to secure new clients, which can be achieved through pitches and presentations. A successful online sales manager knows how to deliver an engaging presentation tailored specifically to the client

  • Commitment towards the company - it takes dedication to stay engaged and keep moving forward.

  • Independent user in English speaking skills, able to hold a business meeting in English.

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Proficiency with personal computers including MS Office platforms

  • Ability to appropriately handle confidential information.

Additional Information

In this role you can actively contribute to the overall company targets and influence the daily business decisions.  

You will be responsible for building and maintaining business relationships with clients related to B2B digital projects. This position reports directly to the Head of Online.
