Job Description

The Office Manager is a key position in maintaining our culture, creating/organizing our staff resources, and supporting our executive team. We are looking for a highly organized, excellent communicator who can make decisions that reflect the needs, perspectives, and wants of the entire team. Responsibilities

  • Managing office processes and all supplies
  • Organizing all team resources to be readily available
  • Organizing team events
  • Assisting with basic IT-related tasks
  • Onboarding new hires and setting them up for success
  • Supporting departments across the organization
  • Managing employee benefits, and other assorted HR responsibilities
  • Managing scheduling and travel of executives at the company

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years previous Office Manager or Facilities experience
  • A motivated, driven, and organized self-starter
  • An empathetic team player with the ability to anticipate and balance priorities
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • An ability to keep information confidential and strong attention to detail
  • An ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage time efficiently
  • Experience working with Google Suite and Microsoft Office, basic IT experience a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Bonus Points

  • Demonstrated success in event planning, budget management, and detail coordination
  • Experience in developing PPT presentations
