We seeking for Information Technology Speciallist planned and ad hoc training sessions for ServiceNow user community and maintain online training materials. Responsible for Service knowledge management process across campus, including maintenance of public and internal service documentation. Provide scheduled and on-demand reports and metrics. Assist in gathering and documenting requirements, deployment and testing of new features and applications. Develop project documentation and customer communications. 

Responsibilities:

• Select and implement suitable technology to streamline operations and optimize strategy.
• Design and customize technological systems and platforms to improve customer experience.
• Plan the implementation of new systems and provide guidance to IT professionals and other staff.
• Maintain a support desk that services both corporate and branch personnel.
• Approve purchases of equipment and software and establish partnerships with IT providers.
• Oversee the technological infrastructure to ensure optimal performance
• Direct and organize IT-related projects.
• Monitor changes or advancements in technology to discover ways to gain competitive advantages.

College or best Bachelors degree. 2 or more years managing IT Professionals. Demonstrated ability to program in Django / Python. Demonstrated ability to program in Natural. Demonstrated ability to integrate vendor software solutions. Experiencing using an ESB to tie software together. Experience with the Information Technology environment and culture.
