Job Description

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Provide support to the WebMD consumer product management team in the development and rollout of a series of new initiatives

Collaborate with other user experience experts, visual designers and engineers to reach the best possible version of a feature or product to bring to market.

Create product feature backlogs and product documentation such as user stories, use cases, user flows, logic flows, and functional specifications.

Prioritize development activities with engineering teams, assist in determining the best technical implementation methods, work closely with QA on acceptance testing and lead product launches.

Provide regular updates and make recommendations to product management team lead 

Coordinate with cross-functional team in agile environment throughout testing cycles

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years in a product management role

Up-to-date understanding of market trends and keen interest in following emerging technologies.

Emphasis on user-driven product design and data-driven product refinement.

Strong understanding of user experience, technical & business issues.

Excellent communication skills – verbal and written

Ability to make quick decisions and thrive in fast-paced environment

Experience working in agile environment

Experience with agile software

Experience with Omniture and data metrics analys


Desired (not required) Skills:

Experience working with health, wellness, and/or lifestyle brands a plus


Education/Certifications:

BA/BS or equivalent experience
