Job Description

As part of the growth of the FCS (Fluid Connector Systems) Division, you are tasked with driving global manufacturing engineering processes strategy, in alignment with the global industrial directions established by the Supply Chain Officer

 

As Global ME Coordinator, your key responsibilities are:

 

  • Assess the current Manufacturing Engineering (ME) landscape across our production units
  • Establish the strategy of various sites in terms of investments (Capex), resources, productivity, and new products (NPIs)
  • Ensure the connection among FCS industrialization teams at the global level
  • Lead and coordinate global topics related to ME
  • Document and audit process management procedures
  • Collaborate with global Research and Development (R&D) to align process and product roadmaps
  • Conduct technological watch and propose technological improvements in manufacturing
  • Align internal and supplier technologies with defined objectives
  • Contribute to continuous improvement

 

Mobility: frequent international travel (up to 50%)

Qualifications

Degree: Master’s degree in mechanical engineering science. A different level of education with a significant experience will be considered

Career Experience:

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Manufacturing Engineering within an international and industrial company, on a role dedicated to implement a globalized strategy, ideally in a mechanical production environment

Foreign language:

  • Fluent in French, German or Chinese a plus
