Job Description
Technical Salesforce Business Analyst Digital Markets plays a key role in enabling BA Markets’ performance and competitiveness through Digital Transformation. As part of Digital Markets, the unit ”Digital Renewables & Flex Optimisation” delivers important digital solutions – both for the Trading & Origination and Energy Management value chain. The team leads the execution layer of the respective capabilities for BA Markets – ensuring an efficient and robust delivery of our digital agenda. This involves strategic alignment, strong cross functional collaboration and the delivery of a focused, prioritized portfolio of digital initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes.
We are now looking for a Technical Salesforce Business Analyst for our central CRM solution. The team is responsible for owning the solutions serving the customer business in the Continental and UK markets, as well as CRM solutions globally. We are looking for a colleague to drive continuous improvement of processes and tools in close collaboration with our internal stakeholders in Origination, Operations and Risk and internal IT.
The responsibilities will include the following:
- Work closely with the business to understand the business process and needs; design the solution concept and then implement changes and new features within agreed timescales
- Work on CRM process and system implementations from concept to deployment, as solution designer and implementer.
- Work closely with the CRM Capability Owner as part of the Development Team of the CRM system for our internal Customers.
- Develop and maintain detailed CRM system and process documentation
- Work in agile environment to answer ad-hoc requests; provide first level support upon request.
Qualifications
- Relevant university degree, preferably a master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Business Administration
- Extensive experience with Sales and Operations in Energy industry and the Salesforce ecosystem
- Strong process design, automation, and technical skills to enable lean and automated process solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Python and/or APEX programming experience preferred
- Strong cross team collaboration with an ability to effectively influence decisions, direction, and outcomes
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (as advantage).
