Job Description
Customer Management Roles
- Support the process of scheduling maintenance with free customers.
- Assist in the collection process for outstanding invoices from free customers.
- Support in the preparation of regulatory reports.
Spot Market Roles
- Assist in preparing failure reports for customer compensation, in accordance with NTCSE.
- Support the collection process for outstanding invoices from customers with Undeclared Withdrawal.
Digitalization Roles
- Support the development of digitalization projects.
- Support and propose digitalization projects within the framework of citizen development.
Transmission Roles
- Support the calculation and invoicing of amounts related to the transmission business.
- Assist in the preparation and issuance of regulatory reports associated with transmission.
- Support the sending of billing reports to the new owner of the transmission lines.
Qualifications
Education Level:
- Bachelor or student in the 9th or 10th semester
- Specialization: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Administration, Economics, or similar
Other Knowledge:
- Advanced level in Excel
- Basic level in database management
- Intermediate level in BI tools
- Intermediate level in Python
- Advanced level in English
- Experience: - Not required
