Job Description
THE OPPORTUNITY
NuORDER is seeking a results seeking a Sr. Manager of Acquisition to be an integral part of the marketing group. This person will be defining and executing the SEM strategy based on company objectives. They will also maintain and expand various PPC/CPA campaigns including retargeting and display initiatives.
Specifically…
- Analyze performance data and provide intelligent synthesis and appropriate actions.
- Create effective digital campaigns for generating and capturing sales leads.
- Develop online media strategies to optimize the competitive position of NuORDER.
- Develop search media plans and build out effective relationships with all vendors.
- Develop processes, tools, programs, databases, and scripts to improve channel performance.
- Track key metrics such as conversion rates and run A/B tests to optimize performance against key metrics.
- Manage drip campaigns and lead activation using marketing automation tools.
- Manage creative resources and ensure all messaging and communication is on brand consistent across channels
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS/PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
- EDUCATION: BA/BS or equivalent experience.
- EXPERIENCE: 5+ years of experience in managing profitable, performance-driven campaigns.
- Extensive, proven experience in SaaS or eCommerce online acquisition.
- Experience in buying, optimizing, and managing media buys on major channels such as Facebook or LinkedIn.
- Proven understanding of success metrics and ability to measure performance accurately.
- Experience implementing and working with marketing automation tools.
- Outstanding analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
- Extensive experience with analyzing website analytics and other data sets to produce actionable next steps.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-starter with ability to learn quickly and thrive under a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong Excel skills; experience with SQL a plus.
