Job Description
As a Lead, People Insights, People & Culture, CIB you will operate at the intersection of business strategy, data, and digital innovation - working directly with the Corporate & Investment Banking, People & Culture leadership to influence critical workforce decisions.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
Degree in Business Commerce / Information Technology / Data Science or relevant equivalent
Experience required
- Minimum 8 - 10 years demonstrated deep expertise in workforce analytics and translating data into strategic insights.
- Established track record in applying strong problem-framing and hypothesis-driven thinking to complex organisational challenges.
- Influences senior stakeholders through compelling data storytelling and advisory capability.
- Integrates multiple data domains to derive holistic workforce and business insights.
- Act as a trusted advisor to CIB People & Culture leadership, supporting people strategy through evidence-based insights.
- Demonstrated experience in translating complex business priorities into data-driven questions, insights and recommendations.
- Track record of enabling leaders to make faster, higher-confidence workforce decisions.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities – translating them into clear narratives and actionable interventions.
- Proven ability to develop decision-ready insights, moving beyond standard reporting to enable strategic business decisions.
- Serve as a champion of evidence-based decision-making.
- Pro-actively contribute to a broader community of practice, sharing best practices and advancing capability across the organisation.
