Job Description
To provide specialist operations expertise and ensure the daily integrity, efficiency, and continuous improvement of the platform's end-to-end systems. This role manages high-volume, low-value transactions, ensuring robust financial reconciliation and seamless customer experience to support the platform's profitability and commercialisation goals within the business unit.

5-7 years
5 years of progressive experience in an operations, FinTech, or financial services environment. Demonstrated experience in managing day-to-day operational activities, including process execution, monitoring, and improvement. Proven track record in performing detailed, multi-way financial reconciliations, particularly in high-volume, low-value transaction environments, with a strong ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
5-7 years
Hands-on experience with FinTech platforms, digital products (ideally app-based), and associated backend systems, including identifying, troubleshooting, and coordinating fixes for operational and system issues. Experience in preparing, analysing, and interpreting operational data to identify trends, root causes, and inform decision-making.
