Job Description
We are seeking a results driven individual to grow and manage Business insurance proposition within the Bank’s segment. The role focuses on driving revenue, building strategic partnerships with banking teams and insurance partners, and delivering tailored insurance solutions to meet client needs.
Qualifications
Type of Qualification: First Degree
Field of Study: Business Commerce/ Finance / Banking or related
Type of Qualification: Certificate of Proficiency (Long-Term and Short- Term)
Field of Study: Insurance
Experience Required:
Personal and Private Banking
5-7 years
The role requires proven experience in Bancassurance/insurance sales or commercial business development and relationship management. A strong understanding of corporate client needs and financial products. Excellent Relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills. Candidate must be results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to grow bancassurance sales for commercial clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Bank relationship managers and key stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client portfolios
- Design and present customised insurance solutions to corporate clients
- Monitor performance against targets and ensure consistent pipeline growth
- Identify training needs and support to bank staff insurance products and sales approaches
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
