We are seeking an Integrations engineer to join our team and help create a world-class unified API experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building integrations with various tools via APIs and a keen interest in exploring new technologies and platforms.

As an Integrations Engineer at StackOne, you will play a crucial role in driving the expansion of our platform's capabilities. You will work to understand our customer’s unique needs and collaborate with the rest of the engineering team to add support for new integrations within the StackOne unified API. This is an opportunity to be at the forefront of innovation, enabling seamless connections between the diverse range of tools and services that power today's SaaS ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Help scope & gather requirements to understand customers’ integration needs
• Collaborate with the engineering team to design and develop new integrations and capabilities for the StackOne unified API
• Research and explore various tools and platforms to identify opportunities for expanding StackOne's integration capabilities
• Continuously improve the performance, reliability, and scalability of existing integrations
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers during the integration process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
• Contribute to the development of integration-related documentation, guidelines, and best practices
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the API and integration space

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on web applications
• Prior professional experience using Typescript and/or Node.js
• Experience interacting with APIs
• Solid communication and collaboration skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Our integration platform is unique for SaaS because:

• It’s easy and fast. To add dozens of integrations, you only need to integrate once with our unified API and we take care of the rest. This is way faster, cheaper, and more reliable than building every integration to each tool one at a time (it can take weeks/months per integration).
• We enrich and standardize APIs: Don’t worry about the headache of figuring out how every tool’s API works. We add features that don’t exist out of the box (like using filters in your query or triggering a webhook when data changes) and make all APIs behave in the same consistent way. It’s easier and better to go through StackOne than to connect to the tools directly.
