OVERVIEW: 

Sportradar is the leading global provider of sports betting and sports entertainment products and services. Since 2001, we have occupied a unique position at the intersection of the sports, media and betting industries; providing sports federations, news media, consumer platforms and sports betting operators with a range of solutions to help grow their business. 

 

THE CHALLENGE

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team by creating and managing sales opportunities.
  • Assist in the preparation and follow-up of sales contracts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and maintain customer relationships.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide product information.
  • Coordinate with other departments such as products, finance, compliance and technical support to ensure smooth sales processes.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide effective support to the sales team.

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
