• 现有流程的优化/ Existing process transformation

• 支持生产部门进行流程转型，以提高生产效率并减少质量缺陷。与团队一起进行方针管理(Hoshin)分析，推动流程向单件流组织的方向发展。

You are supporting the production department to realize the process transformation to increase the productivity and to reduce the Quality defects. You will perform Hoshin analysis with your team and make process evolution towards one piece flow organization. 

• 用8D方法支持质量改进，开发防错装置（Poka Yoke）和半自动化解决方案。

You will support the Quality improvement, using the 8D methodology, developing Pooka yoke and semi-automatic solutions.

• 定期更新生产中的操作节拍时间，保持数据的准确性。确保生产线的实际产能与客户需求相匹配。

You will regularly update the cycle time for operation in production, maintaining them accurate. You will also guaranty the installed capacity of the production line to match with the customer demand.

• 支持生产中的持续改进工作。

You will support the continuous improvement in production.

• 新生产过程的开发/ New process development

• 参与PFMEA，负责设计新的流程，与供应商合作实现这些流程并启动生产。使用 Somfy 生产系统（SPS），并将在法国接受培训或与法国团队在中国共同学习。

You take part in PFMEA, you are responsible for designing the new processes, to realize them with suppliers and to start the production. You will work with Somfy Production System that you will learn in France or with the French team in China.

• 将一些流程从法国转移到南浔，以便为中国的新产品系列投产做好准备。

You may also have to transfer some process from France to Nanxun to prepare the launching of new product ranges in China.

• New processes and new technologies新生产过程和新的技术导入:
• You are proposing some new technologies to be introduced in Somfy NANXUN to support our growth and our strategic development. You will realize make or buy analysis.  You will constantly look for new existing technologies to increase our quality performance ( noise detection, electrical performance, quality detections, …). You may have to analyze some suppliers processes to help them to solve some Quality issues or to reduce their costs.
• 您将为南浔Somfy公司提出一些新技术的引入建议，以支持公司的发展和战略规划。您将进行自制或外购分析（Make or Buy Analysis）。您将持续关注现有的新技术，以提高我们的质量表现（如噪音检测、电性能、质量检测等）。您可能需要分析一些供应商的流程，帮助他们解决质量问题或降低成本。

核心要求/ Core Requirements：

1. 本科学历，工科专业（机械，电子，软件，工程，自动化等） University degree in Engineering(mechanical, electrical and software, engineering, automation and so on)
2. 良好的英语读写能力 Be good at English reading and writing.
3. 良好的成长意愿以及学习能力Good growth intention and learning ability

加分要求/ Extra Requirements：

1. 能使用CAD软件 Experience in Autocad
2. 有工程领域的工作经验 Have experience in Engineering function
3. 英语口语流利Well English oral will be preferred
4. 有参与新项目的经验 Have experience in new project
