Job Description

  • Supports SAP Users to ensure compliance with standards and proper flow of processes and solving user issues
  • Creating and managing standardized master data
  • Data migration support (data review, standardization, validation)
  • Running Mode key user for SAP  ( inc. SAP upgrade, tickets and improvement follow up)
  • Regular review of logistics processes and identification of opportunities for improvement
  • Participating in reviews, audits and logistic assessments, support targets and strategic initiatives, Managing or contributing actively to Supply Chain projects for DC
  • Coordinating and update of Distribution Center documentation in SGMS database/ Support the functioning ISO systems in DC
  • Weekly/monthly reporting of Logistics/projects results
  • Replacement DC Manager during absence

Qualifications

  • Minimum secondary education in Logistics,
  • Good knowledge of English,
  • Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Leadership attitude, interpersonal and communication skills,
  • Attention to details with strong analytical abilities,
  • Experience in development and optimization projects for logistics processes,
  • Knowledge of SAP system
