Job Summary

We are seeking a Junior Data Quality Service Provider with hands-on experience in Data Quality (DQ), ETL development, and Data Governance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting data quality initiatives, developing and executing data quality rules, and contributing to data quality projects, POCs, and continuous data improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Data Quality (DQ) solutions aligned with business and governance requirements.

• Participate in Data Quality projects and Proof of Concepts (POCs) using DQ tools.

• Perform data profiling, data cleansing, de-duplication, and standardization across multiple data sources.

• Develop and maintain data quality rules, validations, and scorecards to measure and monitor data quality metrics.

• Support ETL development activities, including data extraction, transformation, and loading with a focus on data accuracy and consistency.

• Collaborate with Data Governance teams to ensure compliance with data standards, policies, and best practices.

• Analyze data quality issues, identify root causes, and propose remediation strategies.

• Prepare documentation for data quality processes, rules, and reports.

• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand data requirements and quality expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Data Quality, ETL Development, and Data Governance.

• Strong experience in Data Quality tools and frameworks (DQ, CDQ, CDP).

• Hands-on expertise in:

  • Data Profiling

  • Data Cleansing

  • De-duplication

  • Data Standardization

  • Data Quality Scorecard design

• Good understanding of ETL processes and data integration concepts.

• Knowledge of data governance principles, metadata management, and data standards.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.

• Good communication and documentation skills.
