Job Description
As the Senior Compensation Analyst, you will be responsible for aligning compensation processes and programs with business objectives. This role will partner with the Head of Compensation to provide analytical expertise and business support to manage broad-based, short term, and long-term compensation programs for Solidigm’s global workforce. Design and administer company compensation programs, practices and procedures to be externally competitive as well as internally equitable. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, an analytical thinker, skilled at solving problems, improving inefficiencies and has a strong focus on customer service.
Compensation Partner
Collaborate with leaders and Human Resources Business Partners to develop and implement compensation solutions appropriate for their business needs and are consistent with the organization’s reward strategy. Provide advice to leadership on pay decisions, policy and guideline interpretation.
Compensation Programs
Administer our compensation programs that include merit, promotion, short and long term incentive plans. Review escalated external and internal offers for internal equity and alignment with pay philosophy. Collaborate with Human Resource Business Partners and leaders on promotions as well as pay adjustments.
Compensation Operations
Successfully execute annual reward cycles as well as off cycle pay adjustments. Maintain compensation level structures, conduct market pricing, and perform job evaluations. You’ll lead a continual effort to automate and scale compensation processes with company growth.
Communications and Training
Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and/or deliver compensation content and training for Human Resources Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, leaders, and team members for both foundational as well as complex aspects of our compensation programs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
5 to 7 years of experience in compensation or a related analytical field with a working knowledge of compensation program analysis, job evaluation techniques, market pricing, and processes.
Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills with a commitment to accuracy and details.
Advanced Excel modeling skills: Macro knowledge is a plus.
Strong written, verbal, and graphic communication skills.
Ability work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
Ability to set priorities and manage multiple projects at the same time with limited guidance.
Comfortable applying judgement and discretion to unique problems.
CCP or other compensation-related designation preferred.
Workday experience preferred.
Additional Information
For California, Colorado, New York, Washington, and remote roles: The compensation range for this role is $91,500 - $157,300. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
