Our client is a leading e-commerce company specialized in fashion, shoes, accessories, beauty – i.e. retail / online fashion platform. We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Engineer with strong expertise across Salesforce clouds, hands-on technical capabilities, and the ability to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate combines deep platform knowledge with solid engineering fundamentals and a passion for modern technologies.

Qualifications

Position – how you’ll contribute

  • Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and Omni-Channel.
  • Build robust integrations, custom components, and automations using Apex, LWC, Flows, and other Salesforce capabilities.
  • Participate in developing large-scale Salesforce implementations, ensuring best practices in architecture, performance, and maintainability.
  • Configure Salesforce objects, permissions, automation tools, and custom metadata to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. 
  • Support deployments using Change Sets, ANT, Gearset, and other CI/CD tools.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues, perform detailed analysis, and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
  • Maintain documentation, follow coding standards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Expectations – the experience you need

  • Relevant Salesforce certifications (PD1 or PD2)
  • 4+ years of Hands on experience configuring Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Omni-channel.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce development, including customization, configuration, and integrations. · Demonstrated expertise in using Salesforce, including prior experience implementing large-scale solutions to work on the projects
  • Passion for object-oriented programming languages, elegant database design and systems, component technologies, XML standards, and staying abreast of current technology trends
  • Excellent conceptual and analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset proven ability to anticipate tricky edge cases.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Hands-on experience with deployment using changeset, and other tools like ANT/Gearset.
  • Exposure to Salesforce.com configuration and custom development
