Position – how you’ll contribute
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement using Salesforce.
- Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders.
- Create user stories, use cases, and process maps.
- Collaborate with Salesforce administrators and developers to design solutions.
- Conduct testing of new functionalities (UAT, SIT) and support deployment.
- Lead workshops and training sessions for end users.
- Prepare business and system documentation.
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommend improvements
Qualifications
Expectations – the experience you need
- Proficient CRM B2B process excellence experience (sales, service support/care) and process mapping skills.
- 8+ years working on the Salesforce.com Platform.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Salesforce Business Analyst Certification.
- Experience with agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum).
- Experience using process design tools (e.g. Signavio)
