Project - the aim you'll have

We're looking for a skilled Salesforce Enterprise Architect/Technical Lead to join our team and work with one of our inspiring US clients, a start-up developing an innovative platform for online speech therapy from the comfort of the patient’s home. You will spearhead the Salesforce ecosystem, owning the full implementation and strategic direction, establishing best practices, and directly implementing solutions. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape the entire Salesforce strategy, blending strategic planning with hands-on technical execution.

Qualifications

Expectations - the experience you need

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience with Salesforce platform, including 2+ years in architectural and leadership roles. 
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, limits, and security models. 
  • Strong Experience with complex data modeling, integration patterns, and large-scale data migrations. 
  • Strong Experience implementing and managing integrations between Salesforce and external systems. 
  • Proven track record of independently leading complex Salesforce implementations and transformations from design through deployment. 
  • Demonstrated experience establishing Salesforce governance, best practices, and technical standards across an organization. 
  • Ability to balance strategic platform vision with day-to-day hands-on development and configuration. 
  • Strong preference for experience in healthcare operations and technology 
  • Preferred experience with Salesforce Health Cloud implementation and optimization. 
  • Experience mentoring junior Salesforce administrators and developers. 
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Salesforce certifications preferred, including Salesforce Certified Architect or equivalent advanced certifications. 
  • Experience developing and managing Salesforce platform roadmaps and release planning. 
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills 
  • Experience optimizing system performance, scalability, and security in enterprise environments. 
  • Ability to anticipate potential challenges and develop proactive solutions.
