Position – how you’ll contribute

• Leading and coaching Scrum teams to enable them to self-organize to achieve their sprint goals
• Cooperating with a PO to ensure that the team backlog and plans are ready for future sprints
• Working closely with the team to understand progress and help team clear blockers
• Facilitating communication and Scrum team ceremonies

Expectations – the experience you need

• +2 year of commercial experience in the Agile way of working (preferably Scrum)
• Facilitation, teaching, coaching and mentoring skills – a must-have
• Communication and problem-solving skills
• Open-minded attitude and readiness to embrace change
• Ability to say no and keep workloads under control
