Project – the aim you’ll have

Our client is a gaming company established to reform the national gaming system. Operating under the principle of exclusivity, its mission is to provide games responsibly, mitigate gambling-related risks, and ensure player protection while preventing fraud.

The company offers a wide range of games divided into three main categories: Lucky Games, Casino Games, and Betting Games. It emphasizes operating responsibly and contributing to a safe and secure gaming environment.

Position – how you’ll contribute

• Join our agile team and play a key role in the entire product lifecycle, from concept and design to coding, deployment, testing, release, and ongoing maintenance/support.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and QA teams to deliver secure, scalable, and well-tested capabilities that meet both user needs and business goals.
• Actively participate in all relevant scrum events, including planning and estimation, daily scrums, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Take ownership of building new features and enhancing existing ones across our microservices-driven backend and various frontend applications.
• Contribute to shaping software architecture and design principles, applying test-driven development, establishing team standards, and implementing best practices to continuously improve code quality, manage technical debt, and drive agile methodologies within the team.

Expectations – the experience you need

• 5+ years of progressive experience in full-stack software development, with expertise in Node.js and React.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and guide junior and middle developers.
• Experience in designing and implementing complex software systems and architectures.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
• Experience in leading development projects, including planning, estimation, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and ensure alignment across teams.

Additional skills - the edge you have 

• Experience with AWS services.
