Job Description
Within Western Australia, Sodexo is responsible for the operations, maintenance, and refurbishment of non-process infrastructure to clients within the mining and oil & gas sector. Sodexo plays a critical role in ensuring the resource sector can operate by providing quality catering, hospitality, and facilities maintenance services.
Due to the growth of our business we a position available for a Senior Maintenance Planner & Scheduler to join our team in Balcatta.
Sodexo manages one of the worlds’ largest facility management contracts. This role centres around the planning and scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance works across a diverse portfolio of non-process infrastructure throughout the Pilbara region.
We need ambitious, high-energy people with a passion to learn, develop and grow alongside the team.
We are interested in hearing from candidates with team leader experience with a maintenance planning background within a large organisation. At present, we currently manage around 11,000 work orders a month; being able to work in a fast paced- high volume environment is critical.
Qualifications

- For this position, we are looking for a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Planner & Scheduler.
- Advanced level proficiency with Excel and an ability to understand new systems and technologies.
- Contractor management experience is an advantage.
- A background in FM would be ideal, although not essential.
- Effective communication skills - you need to be able to communicate with a range of both internal and external stakeholders confidently and successfully through phone/email/video.
