Job Description

We are looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environment; there’s never a dull moment at Sodexo.    

Joining Sodexo's small on-site team, you will be the first point of contact for both corporate clients and the internal team.  Your duties will include managing visitors records and meeting rooms bookings, AV support, placing catering orders, meeting room setups and clean ups, control inventory ordering, co-ordinating security passes and general administrative duties.   

This is a prestigious role, so to be successful, you will have previous experience in a busy, corporate environment dealing with clients professionally and confidently.  You will ideally have 2+ years of experience and your background may include experience as a corporate front of house receptionist in a professional services environment. 

A corporate uniform is available, taking the challenge out of organising a "return to the office work wardrobe"!   Hours are Mon to Fri 38hrs per week, Salary $65-70,000 + Superannuation. 

Our Receptionists are team players, they have a can do attitude are flexible to follow various work instructions and always remain focused on safety and service delivery.  

To be Considered you must be: 

  • Have Australian working rights   
  • Be able to undergo a pre-employment medical reference and police check
