About the job

We have a fantastic opportunity available for a Weekend Cook to join our team at our iconic client’s Food Manufacturing site in Ballarat, VIC.

You will be ensuring that all food items that leave the kitchen are of a high standard in presentation and meet Sodexo’s standards. Providing excellent customer service to all customers and support the chef manager to assist with the training and development of catering assistants. You will maintain a high standard of food hygiene, safety and cleanliness.

This is a permanent, part-time position with hours being 0830 to 1530, Saturday and Sunday.

About you

You will have previous experience within a manufacturing/ hospitality/ hotel environment, be able to demonstrate food preparation & presentation skills of a high standard. You will have strong understanding of food safety, WHS and HACCP.
