Job Description
The missions of this role are as follows:
- Build and lead Sobi Hemophilia / Specialty Care business in Czech Republic by implementing local strategies leading to successful commercialization of the current and future Sobi products
- Leadership of marketing programs and inspiring excellence in execution. Developing local brand strategies, promotional campaigns, and tactical plans for designated therapeutical area. Implementing omnichannel projects and localizing them for the special needs of Czech Republic
- Monitoring product performance and external environment using appropriate tools and taking corrective action if required to meet business objectives
- Establish and maintain good relationship with all relevant stakeholders especially KOLs and utilize full commercial potential of SOBI portfolio on the markets
- Ensure that all business activities in the territory comply with the local legislation and aligned with all Sobi SOPs and compliance rules
- Lead CZ Sobi Hemophilia / Specialty Care commercial team to maximize Czech business
- People management: Building, retaining and developing team of subordinates, with focus on the performance management process.
Major responsibilities:
- Provide inputs for planning process to CM to preserve most of subordinate FTE for management of the team, field work, marketing. All inputs should include the principles of account planning and personalized communication/marketing/approach to specific accounts
- Ensure successful implementation of Sobi Key account planning (KAP) project, continuous involvement in long-term KAP and re-evaluation of KAP on agreed frequency in respective therapeutic area team
- Secure the implementation of the local strategies and related tactics within entrusted TAs ensuring local customer needs and market requirements to maintain & develop CZ business via the CZ team execution leadership mainly
- Achieve the revenue targets and sales objectives in full compliance with the Sobi ethics and compliance standards
- Secure ownership of customer networking and managing ongoing stakeholders’ relationships by a proper leadership of the Czech commercial team
- Effective cross-functional communication within Commercial, Medical and PACE local team
- Lead the analysis of patient/HCP, market, competitors. Lead the team in Key account planning and management to retrieve the most of analysis
- Participate in assigned HQ project groups and working in support of the Sobi global business plans
- Localize the regional strategy and tactics in CZ regarding specifics, local needs and budget •
- Develop local brand plans in designated therapeutical area
- Localize promo/marketing materials with implementation using multiple channels
- Provide a proper training to commercial team members involved in the marketing campaign, personalized to specific key accounts
- Implement new tools & digital channels. Educate and motivate the team to smoothly and successfully adopt new digital solutions
- Implement and execute Sobi’s national, local congresses partnership strategy with appropriate customer involvement
- Provide with feedback about local commercialization needs and market and competitor perspectives into regional strategy development through appropriate channels
- Measure value, impact, and return on investment (after launch) of commercial campaigns
- 50% of work time leadership and management of team and field work consisting of double calls and separate individual visits with KOLs, field work will be done under pre-specified cycle plan
- 50 % of work time marketing strategies and execution
Qualifications
- University degree level education combined with recent experience in a marketing or sales role in original pharmaceutical company for a minimum of 5 years
- Effective communication and team working skills
- Multi stakeholder project management experience

- Flexibility, ability to manage change and operate in an environment of uncertainty Key customer relationship management experience Management and negotiation skills
- Ability to identify and analyze business opportunities Ability to think out-of-the-box Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PP and Outlook) Driving license gr. B
- Desired: Knowledge of the local health systems and decision-making processes
