Job Description

Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Bengaluru (Remote)

Notice Period: Only for immediate joiners

Job Duties:

 

  • Research and identify potential clients through online research, databases, social media, and other tools.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT consulting space.

  • Lead end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build a strong pipeline.

  • Generate and qualify leads via cold outreach (emails, LinkedIn, phone calls) and inbound marketing efforts.

  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team.

  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies with business goals.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

  • 3–7 years of business development or sales experience in IT consulting or related services.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong understanding of IT services and solutions, including enterprise software, cloud infrastructure, and managed services.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skill
