Job Description

The Field Service Engineer (FSE) is responsible for providing onsite service, maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, commissioning, and technical support for turbomachinery products and associated systems at customer sites. The role supports operational reliability, customer satisfaction, safety compliance, and business growth through high-quality field service execution and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform installation, inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities at customer sites.
  • Ensure all service activities are completed safely, on time, and in line with HSE and company standards.
  • Prepare service reports with findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.
  • Support customers with technical solutions and operational guidance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and support business opportunities.
  • Provide technical support and training to customers when required.
  • Travel across KSA to support field service activities, including remote locations.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
  • Experience in field service, rotating equipment, or turbomachinery is preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of compressors, pumps, seals, and associated systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within KSA.
