• According to company quality management & HSE management policy, lead Machining department to improve quality, cost and delivery performance

• Apply the standard work and Kaizen activities in machining cells according to lean production systems (TPM & SMED), to improve the quality and productivities with measurable KPIs

• In Charge of enhance operator performance identification and, follow up and continuously improvement

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 本科学历，机械工程专业。
• Strong and proven working knowledge of production tools and processes, and CNC environments.

• Minimum 10 years’ experience of working experience
• 10年以上工作经验。
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the production management function
• 5年以上生产管理经验。
