- Carryout EHS policy to make sure employee daily working in safety environment.

- Execute improvements action for the production processes in order to guarantee the quality of the products,

- Show a strong requirement towards quality requests to all employees.

- Organize the teams in order to guarantee the respect of the production planning and therefore deliver on-time the product.

- Check production work according to operation plan, ensure production plan be finished on time

- Coordinate and organize other departments to guarantee the safe and smooth production

- Build up and perform safety production, organize safety check and make control plan

- According to company quality management & HSE management policy, lead Machining department to improve quality, cost and delivery performance

- Apply the standard work and Kaizen activities in machining cells according to lean production systems (TPM & SMED), to improve the quality and productivities with measurable KPIs

- In Charge of enhance operator performance identification and, follow up and continuously improvement

职位要求
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 本科学历,机械工程专业。
- Strong and proven working knowledge of production tools and processes, and CNC environments.

- Minimum 10 years’ experience of working experience
- 10年以上工作经验。
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the production management function
