On Target Earnings (OTE) based on a $30,000 fee:

  • 12 hires per year = $54,000
  • 24 hires per year = $108,000
  • 36 hires per year = $162,000
  • 48 hires per year = $216,000

*Ability to access a draw against commission

Job Description

The Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for being the main point of contact for the entire recruitment process from client onboarding through job order delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Job Postings: Creating and posting job vacancies on various job boards, company websites, and other platforms. Ensuring that job descriptions are accurate and compelling.

  • Scheduling: Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers. This includes arranging interview times and sending out interview invitations.

  • Candidate Communication: Acting as a point of contact for candidates, responding to inquiries, sending interview details, and providing updates on the recruitment process.

  • Resume Screening: Assisting in the initial screening of resumes or applications to identify potential candidates who meet the qualifications for the role.

  • Interview Coordination: Ensuring a smooth interview experience.

  • Interview Preparation & Debrief: Ensuring the candidate is prepared for the interview and following up with a debrief call after the interview to share feedback with our client and internal to IT Pros.

  • Data Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, interview outcomes, and other recruitment-related data in Asana.

  • Candidate Experience: Ensuring a positive candidate experience by providing timely and helpful communication, addressing candidate questions, and providing information about the company and the recruitment process.

  • Offer Process: Assisting with the preparation and delivery of job offers to selected candidates, as well as managing any negotiation or paperwork related to the offer.

  • Onboarding Support: Check in with the new hire for the first 90 days to ensure a smooth experience, along with following company procedures.

  • Coordination with Hiring Managers: Collaborating closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences, and to ensure alignment in the recruitment process.

  • Process Improvement: Identifying areas for process improvement within the recruitment workflow and suggesting solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

Successful Recruitment Coordinator applicants will have a successful background in a fast-paced staffing and recruiting and/or customer service or sales environment (tech, sales, and/or marketing).
