Compensation: 

• 100% uncapped commission based on successful hires
• Year 1 OTE = $108,000+ based on 12 hires with an average $30K Fee

The Digital Marketing Specialist - SEO/Video/Email will be responsible for all SEO, social media, video content, and email marketing to candidate + client prospects in order to drive more successful hires.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Oversee all LinkedIn company and group page social media posts, activity, and  opportunities
• Create, edit, publish, and distribute video content on social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, and LinkedIn
• Oversee all company website marketing
• Increase engagement and response rates through email and video marketing

Successful Digital Marketing Specialist - SEO/Video/Email applicants will have a successful background in digital marketing + video content creation + email marketing + SEO.
