Job Description

The Software Engineer will help grow a small engineering team that are very product-focused and works closely with key stakeholders to scale the platform, define, and build features.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Work with Fortune 500 companies to volunteers, understanding deliverables and outcomes along the way
  • Attract, mentor, lead and retain remote-first engineers
  • Report directly to the Co-Founder and COO


Technology Stack: ReactJS, TypeScript, Ruby on Rails API, GraphQL, Postgres/PostGIS, Heroku, and Testing: Cypress, Jest, Enzyme, RSpec


Successful Software Engineers will have startup experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to lead a software engineering team in a two-sided marketplace.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Must have hands-on experience with React and Ruby on Rails experience to be considered
  • GIS and mapping experience, ideal
  • Logistics and technology-enabled experience, ideal
  • Must be scrappy, ego-free, and customer-obsessed
