Job Description

The Technical Recruiter will work directly with the recruitment team and clients to deliver the right people to hire.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Source, recruit, screen, and interact with hiring managers
  • Contribute to our talent mapping list of companies and tech stacks
  • Develop and maintain an inventory of the top 10% of candidates for hire
  • Work with marketing to penetrate new accounts
  • Focus on emerging tech startups: Series A+, 20+ employee bootstrapped companies, MSPs, Development Agencies, Management Consultation companies, PE and VC Firms, etc.
  • Interview and hire new team members
  • Execute

Qualifications

Successful Technical Recruiter applicants will be located in the USA, have deep knowledge and passion for technology, and the ability to work 100% remotely with access to high-speed Internet at all times.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Must be able to work in the USA without any work restrictions¬†ūüáļūüáł
  • Must understand the Java, Python, .NET, and Data engineering ecosystem
  • Must have experience working remotely
  • Must be comfortable working within a CRM and other tools
  • Must be comfortable working outside the 9-5 M-F schedule
  • Must be able to work in a 100% performance-driven environment¬†
