Great design is everything. Design drives user experience, impacts customer acquisition and fosters brand identity. In our case, design and UX plays an essential role in fulfulling SmartRecruiters' vision to make hiring easy, to remove complexity from the broken recruiting process.

In this role, you will:

- Own all aspects of design at SmartRecruiters

- Work with our Product, UX and UI team to design a user experience that is second to none.

- Work with our marketing folks to develop high-performing customer acquisition campaigns - designing ads and landing pages that convert businesses to customers.

Commensurate with the importance of the position, this role reports directly to our CEO. As a rapidly-growing startup, this person will need to have the chops to set design direction, own it and execute it.

We are looking for a graphic design heavyweight - a hands-on design lead who understands clean, clear design and who can own all aspects of the brand and drive a design centric approach to product, marketing and communications.

Key Qualifications:

* 5+ years of online web graphic design

* Experience in UX and SaaS application design

* Direct experience designing and optimizing customer acquisition/lead generation campaigns

* Passionate about clean, quality design and constantly learning

* If you can code it's great, but the most important is you can design.

* Self-motivated, collaborative, with the ability to run multiple projects
