Job Description

The SmartRecruiters TA Platform is a category defining, enterprise class, transformative business system for the most important process in every enterprise around the world.

Talent Acquisition, as it’s come be called in those tens of thousands of companies, shapes the company those companies will become. Their CEOs know that TA is the most important thing they have to get right, say so publicly, yet almost all fail to resource it properly. Thus an understaffed, under-supported and overwhelmed set of recruiters struggles with outdated tracking systems, email and spreadsheets, dozens of job boards and LinkedIn, angry and recalcitrant hiring managers (and their VPs), and passive candidates they can’t seem to reach.

We’re looking for a smart Social Media Strategist to inform them that a simple system can transform that reality, that an easy-to-implement force multiplier for TA can triple recruiter productivity and qualified candidate flow alike. The SmartRecruiters Social Media Specialist will socially share the #HiringSuccess results that turn companies into talent economy winners. 

The successful candidate will get the word out on-line, doing so by channeling the real world excitement of the people who use the SmartRecruiters TAP, the talent who engages with it, and the extraordinary team behind it. That excitement is real, heartfelt, well-founded and very fresh.

You will be producing a symphony of social media, including old school social media. LinkedIn posts, tweets, newsletters, facebook updates, videos on YouTube and elsewhere: Make it rain.

Qualifications

  • Social media maven, master of the #HashTag, better connected than Times Square: Show us a B2B social media presence that is active, encompassing and extraordinary.
  • Thoughtful, yet responsive to the 24x7 pulses of social media. Never rude or rash.
  • Personable on-line and off
  • Quick and strong writer of posts and especially tweets
  • Broad consumer of feeds, especially relevant feeds
  • Nice to have: Relevant domain experience and contacts
  • Nice to have: Video production skills. Very nice to have: VO and/or on-screen talent.
  • Disqualification: Inappropriate or embarrassing social media postings
