Job Description

The opportunity will target strategic enterprise customers globally. Many of the customers are looking to transform their recruiting and HR operations processes, and we can show them the added value SmartRecruiters will give them.

The Strategic Account Manager’s activities will be key to establishing and developing relationships to large key accounts within new paid accounts. You will engage with top executives to position SmartRecruiters through strategic value based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis and references. Responsibilities include identifying opportunities for upsell, providing strategic product recommendations,and generating new business as well as orchestrating all resources and sales activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Renewing SmartRecruiters into strategic key accounts.

  • Manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on existing business sales and the further development of assigned strategic accounts.

  • Strategic account development, establishing and building up C-level contacts, identifying and developing opportunities at assigned large accounts.

  • Engage with prospect organizations to position SmartRecruiters through strategic value based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references and analyst data.

  • Manage the end to end renewals process through engagement of appropriate resources such as Activation Managers, Training Resources, Media Services, Executives, Partners etc.

  • Generate short term results whilst maintaining a long term perspective to maximize overall revenue generation

  • Accurate forecasting and revenue delivery

Qualifications

  • Ideally 2+ years inside sales/account management experience supporting software customers
  • Background working in the recruitment industry, and or HR-associated software
  • Great opportunity for In-house recruiter that is looking to move to Software Sales/Acccount Management
  • Experience in customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention 
  • Experience with a subscription-based service or software (SaaS), preferably within a freemium or free trial model
  • Possess the flexibility to work in a fast-moving startup environment 
  • Strong interpersonal,written and spoken communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage an active client list
  • Passion for technology and how it can disrupt the status quo
