Job Description

We are looking for an customer service star to interact on a daily basis with SmartRecruiters customers, answer questions, provide help, educate, and  be instrumental in ensuring more people continue to fall in love with SmartRecruiters (so we also get more of these

What you will do:

  • Provide awesome customer support via phone, email, social media, and
    our customer community
  • Identify, test, and escalate technical issues
  • Interact with users and educate on features and best practices
  • Maintain high level of customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with users, product management and professional services teams
  • Support our professional services & sales teams
  • Be an ambassador for SmartRecruiters and its culture
  • Be ready to get involved and lead various projects on account management and services

Qualifications

Here’s what we are looking for:

  • Experience in customer support in a SaaS environment
  • Background in business, recruiting, or technology preferred
  • A passion for technology and a drive to change the world
  • Confident and professional when interacting with customers
  • Positive, with can-do attitude
  • An ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Team player
