Job Description

The Senior Paid Media Strategist will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our global digital advertising strategy, with a focus on driving performance and maximizing ROI across global digital channels. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this senior leadership position will oversee a team responsible for managing channel mix, expansion, and digital performance KPIs. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and a proven track record of driving results in digital marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of global digital marketing strategies, with a focus on driving performance and maximizing ROI.
  • Manage channel mix and expansion efforts across digital channels, including paid search, paid social, SEO, display advertising, and more.
  • Analyze campaign conversions and performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations (MOPS) to address integration issues and ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Provide timely adjustments to reduce and avoid critical wasted spend, optimizing campaign performance and driving efficiency.
  • Lead a performance marketing team and vendors, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and KPIs.
  • Report on regional performance and provide insights to regional marketing leaders to drive growth and achieve regional KPIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies and initiatives.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, incorporating new technologies and methodologies into our strategies.


 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing and driving measurable results.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proven track record of managing digital marketing campaigns and optimizing performance across multiple channels.
  • Experience leading and managing teams, with a focus on driving collaboration, accountability, and results.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving innovation and growth.
  • Willingness to travel periodically to global regions and North America as needed.
