Job Description

We're looking for a Principal Product Marketing Manager who can help take our products to the next level. In this role, you'll be a driving force behind the success of our products, connecting our customers to the solutions they need. To be successful in this position, you must be a creative problem solver with excellent communication skills and an eye for detail. You should be passionate about product marketing and have a deep understanding of our product portfolios and customers. You will be an experienced professional with a strong track record of success. You will be a strong team player who can work well with your peers and executives across our business. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute high priority product launch plans
  • Analyze customer feedback to improve product offerings
  • Ensure our PMM processes and workflows are best in class and fully optimized 
  • Track and assess product performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and customer preferences.
  • Monitor competitors’ marketing strategies and product offerings.
  • Run point on all key monetization projects for existing and new products 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, excellent storyteller and narrative creator
  • Proven technical and marketing skills, including the ability to customize solutions and effectively write/communicate company value propositions and key differentiators
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new, complex technologies quickly
  • Exceptional people skills to interact with executives, colleagues, cross-functional teams, partners, and customers
  • Proven Track Record Of Launching Successful Products that are complex in nature 
  • Superior Communication And Presentation Skills
  • Expertise In Market Research And analysis

Additional Information

We utilize a data-driven approach in order to remove biases in our decisions. The pay range for this role in the US is $140,000 - $170,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, and certifications. The listed pay range reflects the available annual salary budgeted for a new hire into this role. Employee salaries may extend above or below the listed range. Depending on level and location of hire, the role may be determined to be Exempt or Salaried Non-Exempt.
