Job Description

The Internal IT Specialist is responsible for the maintenance and functionality of our company's computer systems, focusing primarily on end-user support. This role serves as the first line of defense, addressing and resolving all user-related issues and ensuring the optimal performance of hardware devices across the organization.

Important: it's a remote position with the shift from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm (we would need your help with supporting our US-based colleagues)

You will:

  • Support the administration of enterprise-class MDM and IDM solutions
  • Support the administration of users in several different environments
  • Support users in their daily duties and troubleshoot their problems
  • Configure and monitor the company's fleet of Macbooks
  • Manage access to a network infrastructure
  • Configure and oversee office security systems (TV monitoring, alarms, etc.) in multiple offices around the world
  • Organize IT training for non-technical employees
  • Work closely with a security team on endpoint device security and periodic access reviews
  • Work closely with IDM on identity security and access management projects
  • Be a crucial player within the Internal IT team to execute projects ranging from minor to significant impact
  • Duties are carried out during the evening schedule, from 2 PM to 10 PM CET

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in an IT Support role
  • Experience in 1st line support and troubleshooting
  • MacOS & Windows administration experience
  • Google Workspace or Microsoft Entra ID administration experience
  • MDM management experience (nice-to-have)
  • Networking (basic knowledge)
  • ITIL principles understanding
  • Experience in working with a ticketing system (Jira, ServiceNow or FreshService)
  • Good interpersonal, communication, time planning, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English
  • A strong desire to learn and grow
