Job Description

We are looking for an outstanding product leader to join our team and help drive the evolution within our product suite, specifically in relation to our core applicant tracking system. This group consists of teams that are working on our core candidate, job, and interview objections, as well as deep configurations around compliance, role based access and more, as you will manage product teams tasked with managing the company’s ATS business. You will define and execute the strategy for each of these respective areas. Leveraging your deep experience, you will build, coach, and inspire a team of Product Managers to meet company objectives and bring new products and features to market.

This role is for you if you are a product leader with a deep understanding of user-first feature development, experience with enterprise SaaS products, geeks out on all of the opportunities APIs & user-friendly configurations can bring, and has a passion to change recruiting forever. You will own product features from conception to implementation and beyond. We believe in continuous improvement of features we have shipped, as well as rigorous measurement of their impact on our users.

Your ability to research, be creative, display grit, lead, and listen will determine the future of the product. This is an interdisciplinary role, and you will work with Design, Engineering and Product Marketing to deliver a world-class product. You will launch new products that support our mission of connecting people to jobs at scale.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead a team to work on core ATS initiatives such as candidate pages, interview management, offer management, and role based configurations.
  • Identify new market opportunities to drive innovation and business growth
  • Define strategy, create the roadmap, and drive execution across your core product portfolio 
  • Define a growth plan, partner across Product and cross-functionally to deliver on the growth plan, and continue to optimize to increase customer LTV  
  • Launch products at scale with an eye for data, compliance, and technical requirements
  • Serve as a bridge between product and customer-facing functions to drive GTM readiness and successful long-term product adoption for your product portfolio
  • Hire, retain, and scale a world-class Product Management team 
  • Be a product expert and domain evangelist through participation in thought leadership pieces, public presentations, and meetings with customers and partners
  • Regularly surface experimentation findings, insights, and opportunities back to cross-functional teams and Executive leadership

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success building and leading vision, strategy, and execution of software products
  • Experience defining and scaling modern products (API, self-service, UX first products)
  • Highly effective communicator with good people instincts - able to build trust and work well with a diverse group both internally and externally
  • Willingness to lead in a hands-on, high performance environment
  • Organized, self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • High degree of humility and accountability
  • 10+ years as a PM, with recent experience at an enterprise SaaS product offering
  • 5+ years of People Management leading, growing, and retaining high performing Growth Product Managers
  • An ability to manage project ambiguity, complexity and interdependencies in an organized and structured way
  • Experience working on products at a global scale, and understanding the data, legal, technical nuances of supporting complex products
  • Strong technical background to enable you to contribute meaningful features and seamless integration
  • Excellent user experience skills and attention to detail. You have an instinct for good product design and an understanding of usability best practices
  • Proven track record leading a hands-on, high performance environment
