Job Description

The Business Analyst will be a key member of SmartRecruiters’ Global GTM team and report to the Director of GTM Operations. This is a fast-paced role and critical to achieving our ambitious growth targets.

This individual will work closely with leads and ICs across sales, strategy, marketing, operations, and people to continuously increase Smartrecruiters’ sales effectiveness and predictability. In addition, this individual will help design, implement, and manage programs and projects to accelerate demand generation, boost competitiveness, increase close rates, improve throughput, and forecasting accuracy.

What you’ll deliver:

  1. Preparing ongoing GTM planning and reviews
  2. Internal & external data analysis to support GTM planning & execution
  3. Accelerating the implementation of sales performance programs
  4. Supporting periodic sales quota/ capacity, and territory planning
  5. Driving accurate Forecasting and SFDC Deal Management
  6. Relaunching Compete Program in close collaboration with Sales Leadership, Account Executives, and Product Marketing

Qualifications

Must Haves:

  • Proficiency in Excel/ Google Sheets
  • Experience with SFDC (or comparable CRM)
  • Experience using Tableau (or comparable BI tool)
  • Bias to action and demonstrated team player attitude

Nice to Haves:

  • Proficiency in SFDC (or comparable CRM)
  • Proficiency in Tableau (or comparable BI tool)
  • 2+ years experience working with/ in sales or a GTM role
  • 2+ years experience working in management consulting or investment banking
