Job Description

SmartRecruiters are looking for a highly organised and motivated Digital Marketing Executive experienced in delivering digital projects to join their fast- paced SmartRecruiters Atrrax Delivery team. The SmartRecruiters Attrax delivery team builds and delivers to clients an industry-leading careers site system, working with the likes of Harrods, Vodafone, Admiral, Travis Perkins and many more to bring exceptional brands to life and attract the very best talent.

The Digital Marketing Executive is accountable for the exceptional delivery, support and maintenance of Smart Recruiters Attrax websites. Primarily the role will be to independently manage the delivery of the support desk, answering a broad range of client queries, and providing ongoing advice and support. You must coordinate tasks and briefs for the development and design team, to ensure their allocated projects for clients are managed and executed seamlessly through to completion. To be successful they must demonstrate a flair for managing colleagues to ensure projects are managed efficiently for the business, whilst always maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

The key activities and responsibilities

  • Manage 50% of the delivery of the SR Attrax support desk, answering client queries, and managing the cycle of an issue from start to completion.

  • To be aware of and adhere to client SLA’s for priority requests, keeping the client informed of progress in a timely manner.

  • To manage the delivery of small website projects, circa budget £500 - £10,000.

  • To effectively manage project milestones and keep project documentation up to date. In line with maintaining the company's ISO accreditation.

  • Responsible for producing a clear and thorough statement of work for small sales, and
    ongoing web development.

  • To manage the delivery of 3-5 web development retainers, working to deliver new
    concepts / ideas and development on SR Attrax websites.

  • To work closely with the Client Development team, SEO Consultants and Digital Marketing executives to deliver a seamless experience for clients who have any form of ongoing services retainer.

  • To support the Senior Implementation consultants on the delivery of larger SR Attrax projects to ensure exposure to the process of delivering a large-scale website project. This will involve support with content upload, client communication and testing.

  • To play a supporting role in the successful delivery of product upgrades and releases. This includes keeping clients informed throughout the upgrade process and supporting in the testing of new features and bug fixes.

The key results within the role 

  • Happy customers and positive unsolicited feedback on work delivered (measured by regular post project, service, and pulse surveys).

  • Profitable and timely delivery of SR Attrax small projects, to agreed targets.

  • Profitable and timely delivery of retainer / web hours to agreed targets.

  • Profitable delivery of the SR Attrax warranty service, ensuring a balance is struck between happy clients and not over-servicing clients.

  • Support the Account Managers, SEO Consultants and Freelancers in the coordination and delivery of tasks and reports associated with the delivery of Talent Attraction  services.

  • Support the Head of Attrax Delivery in the delivery and maintenance of process improvements across the team.

Qualifications

  • Excellent English skills are a must!

  • Knowledge of HTML and ability to use various content management systems.

  • Ability to interact and communicate professionally and confidently with a diverse customer base.

  • Customer support experience, preferably in the Enterprise space.

  • Strong interpersonal, written and spoken communication skills.

  • Motivated self-starter capable of taking initiative, handling objections, and negotiating tough situations.

  • A passion for technology and a drive to change the world.

  • Positive, energetic, with a can-do attitude.

  • Other languages, a plus.
