Qualifications

Customer Success

Professional Services:  The Professional Services team is composed of functions that include:  Hiring Success, Implementation Consulting, Implementation Partnerships, Training, Technical and Managed Services.  The Professional Services team handles all professional consulting projects, from new customer implementations and training to data migrations and integrations.

Customer Support:  The Customer Support team is composed of functions that include:  Partner Support, Customer Support, and Marketplace Services.  After customers and partners are setup for success on their SmartRecruiters journey, the Support teams assist our customers by investigating and resolving issues with system users and candidates.

Customer Success:  The Customer Success team acts as the customers main point of contact as they go-live.  They make sure the customer is using the SmartRecruiters platform effectively by providing strategic counsel and are the voice of SmartRecruiters inside our customer base.
