R&D

Product:  The Product team is composed of functions that include Product Design, Product Management, System Requirements/Building Specs for Engineering. The Product team helps blueprint the SmartRecruiters of the future - from initial sketches to final product specs - and then plans how we get there. Product turns ideas into reality and helps SmartRecruiters stay on the cutting edge of functionality and usability.

Engineering:  The Engineering team is composed of functions that include:  Product Engineering, Infrastructure, Architecture, Security.  The Engineering team maintains and develops the SmartRecruiters platform through releases, delightful enhancements, keeping great uptime, delivering a smooth performance, and ensuring top-notch security & system quality.

Technology:  The Internal IT team makes sure all new and existing employees have access to technical permissions and the tools they need to perform their job.  

Information Security:  The Information Security team helps keep SmartRecruiters secure from external and internal threats and are responsible for implementation, management, and governance over the Information Security Management System that includes:  Assets & Risk Management, Access Management, Training & Awareness, Threats Hunting, Bug Bounty Programs, Devices/Platform/Data Security, and Incident Management.

Reliability: The Reliability team works to proactively avoid and reactively solve potential problems or limitations across SmartRecruiters cloud platform.  This team works in a fast-paced environment focused on challenging projects within a microservice-based architecture system.

Platform:  The Platform team comprises Alliances, Partner Success, and Platform Development.  The Platform team strategically selects, implements, and delivers innovative and scalable programs and integrations to drive mutual success across customers, partners, and SmartRecruiters.
