The SmartRecruiters Platform Team is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to expand and strengthen our reliability team. Our ideal candidate has above average development skills and firm understanding of cloud infrastructure.

What you’ll deliver: 

• Cooperate closely with other Platform and Engineering teams on strategic initiatives
• Grow and improve Smart Recruiters platform observability area
• Manage and resolve infrastructure incidents
• Provide support to engineering teams, in terms of performance and reliability insight
• Participate in performance and chaos testing initiatives by automating scenarios, interpreting the results and coordinating corrective measures with other engineering teams

• You have solid knowledge of industry standards, best practices and tools of trade
• You have solid understanding of apm, tracing and service mesh
• You have solid development skills with Java and Python
• You have firm experience  with AWS and GCP infrastructure components
• You have exceptional troubleshooting skills
• Proven experience with database performance and reliability is a great plus!
