Job Description

The Head of Product Marketing will own product marketing for Smartr ― SmartRecruiters’ candidate experience & engagement platform for applicants and enterprise customers ― and work with the product teams throughout the complete product development cycle from determining product strategy and feature prioritization to competitive analysis, customer research, naming, positioning, packaging, monetization, and launch. In this role, you’ll shape the product and grow a loyal user and customer base. You & your team will create compelling, insight-led positioning and messaging, develop and deliver impactful go-to-market strategies, and champion customers throughout the product development process. You will work cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, Design, Content, Growth, Commercial, Sales, Marketing, and more.

This is a high visibility role that reports directly to the GM & SVP of Smartr. In this role you must be comfortable being an individual contributor on a strategic and organizational level, while leading the Smartr marketing team in other product marketing tasks.

We offer remote work in one of our hubs (Germany, Poland, France, UK, and Netherlands). You can be based in one of those countries and work fully remotely.
