Job Description
The Operations Manager will join our Professional Services (PS) Global Operations team to oversee the day-to-day operations of the ProServ organization. You will manage our Professional Services Automation (PSA) tool, FinancialForce, PS specific metrics, and internal processes to ensure the team is in position to act efficiently to successfully deliver on our customer commitments. You will be responsible for overseeing the PS P/L and portfolio health (financial and customer) for both the internal SmartRecruiters’ business as well as the partner business and supporting monthly and quarterly end reporting. This includes but is not limited to: budget health, financial forecasting, revenue recognition, and invoicing. As Operations Manager, you will also act as a liaison for many teams internally including: PreSales/Sales, SalesOps, Marketing, and Finance/Accounting.

What you’ll deliver:
- Support company OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) via strategic and operational objectives.
- Monitor Professional Services resource utilization against targets within the PSA tool (FinancialForce) with responsibility for making data-driven staffing and resourcing decisions.
- Create and maintain pipeline services projects based on sales opportunities.
- Monitor the PS team’s input into the PSA and ensuring data compliance
- Manage SalesForce and FinancialForce metrics and dashboards, supporting ad-hoc metric requests as required
- Create process documentation to support synchrony across the organization
- Document processes and collaborate cross-functionally on improvements
- Assist with the implementation of new processes and procedures as required
- Manage customer invoice inquiries in partnership with our Finance team
- Support our Services Delivery Partner invoicing process
- Examine the financial data and use it to improve profitability
- Ensure global accuracy of Professional Services financials (in partnership with our Finance team), owning a monthly and quarterly end process
Qualifications
- 3+ years of operations experience in SaaS environment (preferably supporting a Professional Services organization)
- Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management
- Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets)
- Ability to handle complex situations and multiple responsibilities simultaneously, mixing long term projects with the urgency of immediate demands
- Ability to deal with highly confidential information and act as a liaison between ProServ leadership and other constituencies, both internal and external.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in operations management, business administration, or related field
- Salesforce and/or FinancialForce experience is a plus
- Experience running the P/L for a team, department or organization
- Strong business and financial acumen, advanced business degree is a plus
- Working knowledge of management software programs, e.g, NetSuite, QuickBooks
